A while ago i went to this restaurant called Antigua and i had this trifecta of sherbets all in one serving:

They had a variety of flavors to choose from, about 10 or so, and i chose Tamarind, Mango and White Grapefruit.
It was tart, sweet and very fresh. I liked it a lot!.
This restaurant is located in the Las Mercedes section of the city of Caracas.

As I promised, i made a Piña Colada to mitigate the heat -or so I say-

I had this drink (non-alcoholic) at Merida's Main market the other day and i was puzzled, as the people there (or anywhere else) would  NOT tell me what's in it.
It's called Vitamina (Vitamin) and it felt like a very thick (the straw was unusually wide too) milky smoothie with ice and vanilla and something else i can't place. The sprinkled dust on top of it is cinnamon powder.
The drink was very good and it's now a favorite of mine (even though i don't like milk and have stomachache whenever i have some milk).
What's up with all this secrecy?
